This AHU extract fan's Anti Vibration Mounts (AVMs) were replaced by us due to all 4 of the old ones breaking off of the motor and fan support frame. This failure was picked up on a Triac Services PPM service.
This unit is only 4 years old and was installed during construction of the building and shouldn't have failed so quickly. We noticed thst original AVMs were on the small side so we installed a size up from these to guarantee a longer and more durable life.
Our engineer needed to do his stretches and skip breakfast before he got inside that tight spot!
